Join Slow Food San Gabriel Valley for our first official event: bringing good, clean, fair food to San Gabriel Valley’s schools. Our youth have a right to food grown fresh and by their own accomplishments. You can make a difference in the lives of our SGV students.

We will be joining up with The Growing Home (http://thegrowinghome.net/) to help build a school garden at Diamond Point Elementary at Sunday, April 15th.

The School Garden will include:
- 4 raised beds
- 3 in ground beds
- 6 fruit tree areas
- several grape, passionfruit, and kiwi vines
