The Growing Home has two upcoming gardening and cooing workshops on Saturday, Aug 26.

One will be on Seed Starting for the Winter Garden and the other will be a cooking class, where students will learn how to prepare chai (Indian style spiced tea) and pakoras (deep fried vegetables in chickpea flour batter). Our friends over at the Glendora CSA Garden are having a FREE party on Saturday, Aug 25 from 8am to Noon. The party will include time to work in the garden, a free companion planting workshop, flower sale, and a potluck lunch!!! Sounds like a great event!  Full info on the flyer below.
